Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) applies when Codoo processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
Scope
This DPA covers the processing of personal data that may be contained in the Navisworks models you upload or connect to Model Coach, and any personal data you provide when creating and managing your account.
Processing instructions
Codoo processes personal data only on your documented instructions — to analyze your models and provide the service — and not for any other purpose.
Security
Codoo implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of subprocessors to deliver the service. See our Subprocessors page for the current list.
